CAREER TRAINING
The Career Academy of Real Estate was established in 2000. The goal of the school was to provide superior pre-license training and continuing education training to Livingston County and surrounding areas. Pat Bean has been teaching these courses for over 17 years and has trained over 10,000 students.
Pat holds one of the highest pass-fail rates in the state. The classes run once a month and span a week and a half time period. There are also online classes. For more info go to www.callcarenow.com

2. Seller’s Information
3. All documents and forms
4. Language
5. Statistics and Marketing
6. Organization System
7. Time Management
Graduating from 4 weeks is a milestone. The next training you will participate in is our MYP Training (Maximize Your Potential). In this weekly class, we will role play and increase your confidence in the following areas.
1. Create a business plan and budget
2. Learn the 5 steps of selling
3. How to show three homes and sell one
4. Listing presentation and how to present
5. How to build a competitive market analysis
6. Organize yourself
7. Develop the art of closing and handle objections
